Shawn lives just a few miles away from the stunning Dorset coast. The dramatic light in this area has had a big influence on the atmosphere he captures in his images.
Shawn’s earlier images came from using 35mm SLRs and Medium Format film cameras before moving to digital. The experience gained means he is a great believer in getting it right in the camera rather then relying on the computer afterwards.
Shawn’s images are now mainly produced from a Digital SLR camera this has allowed him to make his work available to a much wider audience
The Hampshire and Dorset areas have provided him with many photographic opportunities to capture dramatic coastlines, carpets of bluebells, misty mornings, stunning sunsets and much more.
